Concept: Our team developed a unique concept for the product launch event that revolved around the ‘Connect and Win’ theme. We designed a custom-built, futuristic set-up that incorporated interactive displays and activities to showcase the features of the Mahindra TUV 300.
Execution: Our team worked closely with the client to plan and execute the event. We managed all aspects of the event production, including venue selection, set design, lighting, sound, and staging. Our team also curated engaging activities and games for the attendees to participate in and win exciting prizes.
We incorporated a photo booth with props and backdrops, where attendees could take pictures with the new TUV 300 and share them on social media. We also invited a popular celebrity to attend the event and engage with the attendees, generating buzz and excitement among the guests.
Result: The product launch event was a huge success, generating significant media coverage and positive feedback from the attendees. The interactive displays and activities created a lasting impression on the attendees, and the Mahindra TUV 300 received positive attention from the media and the public.
